Libyan House of Representatives moves to Morocco
A number of members of the Libyan House of Representatives in Tripoli have announced that they will be heading to Morocco on Saturday, at the invitation of the Moroccan authorities in order to bring together the divided parliament members.
In a statement, members of the Tripoli-based House of Representatives said they would go to the Moroccan city of Tangiers “to hold a consultative meeting that includes all members of the House of Representatives, which will be followed by an official session for the House with a full quorum inside Libya, whose date will be determined during this meeting.”
