Ronaldo Arrives in Saudi Ahead of His Unveiling by The Nassr Club
Prior to his medical with Al Nassr Club on Tuesday, Cristiano Ronaldo arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Monday night.
The former Manchester United player will be formally introduced by the club in the Saudi capital at 7 p.m. local time (4 p.m. GMT). Ronaldo’s introduction at Mrsool Park will be live-streamed and broadcast by SSC [Saudi Sports Company] on their channels for everybody to watch.
Thousands of fans are also anticipated at Tuesday’s official introduction of Ronaldo. According to media sources, the contract may pay the Portugal captain up to $200 million annually, making him the highest-paid football player in history.
“The world’s greatest athlete officially signed for Al-Nassr, This is a signing that will not only inspire our club to achieve even greater success but inspire our league, our nation, and future generations, boys and girls to be the best version of themselves,” said the Saudi Pro League team announcing his signing.
