Israeli Raids Renewed on Rafah, Martyrs Reported
An Israeli raid targeted a house in the al-Geneina neighborhood east of Rafah, followed by renewed bombing on the al-Shaboura camp in the central part of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli occupation forces targeted again the vicinity of Salah al-Din Gate, located south of the city of Rafah, and conducted raids in the northeastern areas of the city.
An Israeli raid targeted a house in the al-Geneina neighborhood, situated east of Rafah. Press sources report renewed Israeli bombing on the Shaboura camp in the central area of Rafah, located in the southern Gaza Strip, following a series of raids targeting homes in the city center.
Additionally, Palestinian media outlets reported that Israeli raids in Rafah resulted in the martyrdom of two Palestinians and injuries to others.
Palestinian media reported that Israeli shelling targeted a house sheltering displaced people in the Khirbet al-Adas area north of Rafah, resulting in the martyrdom of six Palestinians, including two children and a woman.
This targeting comes after the Israeli occupation artillery shelled the eastern part of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip during the early hours of Sunday, as Israeli naval warships opened fire toward the city’s coast.
Earlier on Wednesday, a Member of the Hamas Movement, Osama Hamdan, confirmed in an interview with our reporters that “the resistance has shattered the dreams of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who remains delusional about implementing the ideological Zionist project.”
He stated, “The American administration has never been a mediator or neutral, but has always been a partner of Israel, and one of the most important outcomes of the Al-Aqsa flood is that it stopped the US administration’s plans to shape the region and its future according to the interests of Washington and the occupation.”
