Israeli Forces Shoot Two Palestinian Children in Nablus, Terrorize WB

Israeli occupation forces deployed Eitan AFVs in the city of Jenin as the regime continued its brutal destruction of the governorate.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that Israeli occupation forces handed over the body of martyr Jihad al-Alouna to his family in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin city in the occupied West Bank.

Meanwhile, occupation forces stormed the eastern neighborhood, surrounding a house and threatening to bomb the family home if residents did not evacuate. In a further escalation, Israeli Eitan armored fighting vehicles (AFVs) were deployed throughout the city, sealing off its entrances, while the destruction of infrastructure in the eastern neighborhood continued, intensifying the already dire conditions and deepening the suffering of the local residents.

Several individuals, including two children, were wounded by live ammunition fired by occupation forces. The Palestinian Red Crescent confirmed that among the injured in Nablus were a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old.

In the city of Nablus, occupation forces launched a raid through the al-Muraba’a military checkpoint, while confrontations erupted in the town of Odla near Nablus, as well as the village of Shuqba near Ramallah.

The Israeli regime persists in its brutal aggression across the governorates and refugee camps in the occupied West Bank, with the frequency of injuries and assaults against Palestinians rising. The regime continues to carry out extensive raids and mass arrests, targeting dozens, including women. Additionally, they are raiding numerous homes, subjecting residents to abuse, assault, and the destruction of their properties, with these actions persisting into the early hours of Tuesday.
