Civil Defense in Gaza Releases 24-Hour Statistics Report

Martyrs have been reported following raids conducted by the Israeli occupation across various areas of the Gaza Strip.

The Civil Defense in Gaza reported on Monday statistics of the number of martyrs in the past 24 hours under the Israeli occupation in the Strip.

In the Northern Governorate, three martyrs were reported as a result of Israeli bombardment targeting a group of civilians near the al-Nada Towers in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza.

In the Gaza Governorate, six martyrs, including two children and a woman, were killed in an Israeli bombardment that struck a house belonging to the Bassal family in the al-Shama area, southeast of Gaza City.

In a separate attack, four martyrs, including a woman and a child, lost their lives when Israeli forces bombarded a home belonging to the Bahlool family in the Abu Iskander area of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, northern Gaza City. The situation has been further exacerbated by extensive Israeli artillery shelling on multiple areas north of Street 8, particularly targeting the Islamic Complex area.

In the Central Governorate, 10 Palestinians were killed and several wounded by an Israeli strike on a house belonging to the al-Qassas family in Camp 5, the Nuseirat, central Gaza. Three martyrs and additional wounded individuals were reported after Israeli bombardment targeted a house belonging to the Muharib family in Camp 1, Nuseirat, central Gaza.

Israeli forces have continued to block the entry of cooking gas since the onset of the war, compelling residents to resort to hazardous alternatives such as plastic, cardboard, and fabric, which pose significant risks to both lives and property.

Khan Younis, Rafah still under fire

In the Khan Younis Governorate, six martyrs, including several children, were killed in an Israeli bombardment that struck a tent housing displaced persons in the Sumoud Camp near Bir 19, located in the Ma’sara area of Khan Younis.

In the Governorate of Rafah, two martyrs were recovered from the Masbah area, situated north of Rafah City.

One martyr was reported following an Israeli bombardment near the Zghoul Refrigerator intersection in northern Rafah City. Israeli forces carried out extensive bombardments and demolished residential buildings in the northwest of Rafah City.

Earlier on Monday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on the 346th day of the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Strip that the number of martyrs has risen to 41,226, with 95,413 others wounded.

Between Saturday and Monday, the Israeli occupation committed three massacres against families in Gaza, killing 20 Palestinians and injuring 76 others.
