‘Israel’ prohibits burial of martyrs in Nasser Medical Hospital
Moreover, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported that eight patients have lost their lives at the Nasser Medical Complex due to a power outage and the suspension of oxygen supply to patients for the past four days. The bodies of these eight martyrs have begun to swell and show signs of decomposition, posing a significant risk to other patients in the facility.
Adding to the distress, the Israeli occupation has refused to allow the burial of the martyrs’ bodies, depriving them of the basic human right to an honorable burial. This situation also raises serious concerns about “Israel’s” respect for humanitarian principles.
In response to this dire situation, calls are being made to international institutions to exert pressure on the Israeli occupation forces is to facilitate the dignified burial of the eight martyrs and address this alarming violation of human rights and dignity.
