Khan Younis faces fresh eviction orders

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) issued new expulsion orders for Palestinians in Khan Younis, a city in the southern Gaza Strip, as part of its ongoing carnage in the area.

According to a statement released on Saturday, residents were instructed to evacuate and head toward al-Mawasi, a town in southern Gaza that is designated as “a safe zone” but continues to face frequent bombardment by Israeli forces.

It is worth noting that the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) highlighted on Friday that nine out of every ten people in Gaza have been “forcibly displaced” during the ongoing war on the Strip.

“Families seek shelter where they can: overcrowded schools, destroyed buildings, makeshift tents on the sand or amid piles of trash,” the agency posted on X, adding that “none of these places are safe. People have nowhere left to go.”

Dozens of displaced killed in new Israeli massacre in Deir al-Balah

Earlier, an Israeli strike that targeted Saturday displaced people at the Sayyeda Khadija School in western Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip killed 30 Palestinians and about 100 others, including serious cases.

In detail, Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in Deir al-Balah reported that the death toll from the Deir al-Balah massacre is expected to rise due to the severity of the injuries, highlighting that more than 60% of those injured in the Israeli bombing are in serious condition.

Our correspondent mentioned that the Israeli warplanes bombed the al-Sayyida Khadija School with four missiles, one of which did not explode, adding that the occupation warplanes bombed the second floor of the school and the field hospital within it.

Later, the Israeli occupation forces bombed the evacuated Ahmad al-Kurd School, located near the al-Sayyida Khadija School, with two highly explosive missiles.

In the same vein, several Palestinians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a house in the al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Moreover, the Israeli occupation forces committed another massacre in the Aabasan al-Kabira area in Khan Younis, while leveling more residential buildings in the al-Mughraqa area in the central region early Saturday.

Our correspondent in Gaza reported that seven people were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted Palestinians in the al-Miraj area north of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

An Israeli airstrike also targeted a house east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

In Gaza City, several Palestinians were injured after Israeli occupation forces targeted a group of civilians near Kuwait Square in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza.
