Field Marshal Haftar arrived on Monday in the French capital Paris on an official visit
The General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, arrived on Monday in the French capital Paris on an official visit, private sources told the Address Journal.
Our sources expected that LNA Commander would meet French President Emmanuel Macron, as the latter had last February issued an official invitation to LNA Commander to visit France.
On February 12, Haftar received an official invitation from French President Macron to visit France, during the visit of the Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Christophe Farno, to the headquarters of LNA General Command in al-Rajama east of Benghazi.
