Global Outrage: Tens of Thousands Protest Israeli Genocide in Gaza
Protests continue around the world to call for an end to the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza.
Tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets on Saturday in various cities and capitals around the world to denounce the ongoing genocidal aggression by “Israel” against the Gaza Strip.
Massive demonstrations occurred in cities such as Paris, Kuala Lumpur, Manchester, Berlin, Wolfsburg, Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsingborg, Malmo, Milan, and Istanbul.
A year of genocide
The protests aimed to highlight a year of genocide in Gaza while amplifying the call for Palestinian liberation.
Protesters criticized the double standards and selective enforcement of international law, emphasizing the need to hold the Israeli occupation and its officials accountable for the crimes committed against the Palestinian people and their lands.
Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags, chanted slogans, and displayed pro-Palestine signs as they marched to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the brutal Israeli aggression, which has resulted in the killing of at least 42,175 Palestinians and injuries to over 98,336 others.
