Hafter and al-Sarraj visit Moscow today
The Libyan National Army Commander, Field Marshal Khalifa Hafter, and Prime Minister of Tripoli Fayez al-Sarraj will visit Moscow today to discuss the terms of the ceasefire agreement.

The head of the Russian contact group on Libya, Lev Dingov, said that, according to the information available to him, Fayez al-Sarraj will arrive in Moscow for talks on a settlement in Libya, especially the issue of the possibility of signing a truce agreement and details of this document.
Lev Dingov noted that Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar is also expected to arrive in Moscow. “I have no idea whether there will be a direct meeting between Haftar and al-Sarraj.” he said.
It is reported that he announced a ceasefire in Libya on a Russian-Turkish initiative, but hours after the announcement of the ceasefire, the parties to the conflict exchanged accusations of violating the ceasefire.
