Hezbollah: Israeli Enemy Uses Internationally Banned Cluster Bombs in Lebanon
Hezbollah’s media relations revealed, on Tuesday, that the Israeli occupation entity used internationally banned cluster bombs in Lebanon during the past hours.
The statement explained that the areas targeted by the enemy with these prohibited bombs included “Wadi al- Khanazir in Wadi al-Hujayr, Khallet Raj between the town of Alman and the town of Deir Siryan, and east of the town of Alman in the direction of al-Ahrash.”
The statement said: “Today, Tuesday, between 12:30 and 2:00 p.m., the Israeli enemy launched rockets loaded with internationally banned cluster bombs at a number of areas.”
Hezbollah stressed that this barbaric crime, which is added to the series of crimes committed by the enemy against the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples, confirms its blatant inability in the field of confrontations with the Islamic Resistance fighters.
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon pointed out that this crime confirms the enemy’s blatant recklessness in accordance with all international covenants, norms and laws, especially in wartime.
Hezbollah’s media relations statement called on, the relevant parties to relationship in Lebanon, international human rights and humanitarian organizations, to condemn this heinous crime by all standards, especially for its far-reaching negative effects on civilians.
