The Jordanian Court of Cassation, which is the highest judicial authority in the country, as quoted by the official Petra agency, issued a decisive decision in the discriminatory case No. 2013/2020, according to which the Brotherhood is considered decadent and missing its legal and legal personality due to its failure to correct its legal status in accordance with Jordanian laws “.
