The Jordanian Court of Cassation, which is the highest judicial authority in the country, as quoted by the official Petra agency, issued a decisive decision in the discriminatory case No. 2013/2020, according to which the Brotherhood is considered decadent and missing its legal and legal personality due to its failure to correct its legal status in accordance with Jordanian laws “.
This decision, according to Petra, is the most recent of the Court of Cassation, on which it relied on the decision of the General Court of the Court, and decided to dissolve the group not to correct its legal status.
