LNA General Command pays tribute and extends important messages to the Libyan people, Arab and friendly countries
LNA General Command of the Libyan National Army (LNA) saluted on Thursday the Libyan people for their sacrifices and their steadfast and continuous support to LNA in its fateful battle, as well as the brotherly Arab countries that presented honorable positions that reflected the power of Arab solidarity in the face of terrorism and countering Turkish colonialism.
The General Command, in a video statement delivered by LNA Spokesman, Major General Ahmed Al-Mismari, paid tribute to the National Army for its brave response to Turkish colonialism and for making the greatest sacrifices in defense of the homeland and the Libyan dignity and capabilities.
LNA General Command also paid tribute to the Arab countries, which realized the reality of the situation in Libya, and sensed the threat of terrorist organizations and militias, which controlled the capital, Tripoli, and the Presidential Council of the Tripoli-based Government of “National Accord” (GNA), and paid attention to the volume of support of weapons and mercenaries to these organizations from Turkey, which exposed to them the truth of the Turkish colonial ambitions and its plan to control the wealth of Libyans and threaten the security and stability of the entire Arab region.
LNA Command singled out Egypt, leadership and people, by paying tribute for their solidarity and concern for the security and stability of Libya, and for the courageous historical position of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, who expressed the position of the Arab nation.
The Command also singled out a salute to the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Bahrain for their honorable stances, which reflect the strength of Arab solidarity in the face of terrorism and confronting colonialism.
It also saluted the civil, angry, and popular movement in brotherly Tunisia, who stood by the Libyan people, and bravely confronted any suspicious move aimed at harming their Libyan brothers.
LNA Command also paid tribute to the state of Algeria for its position rejecting foreign interference in the Libyan matter, and its sincere and positive endeavors for a peaceful settlement, as it greeted all countries that stand with the Libyans in the war against terrorism and colonialism.
LNA General Command called on other Arab countries, neighboring countries, and the rest of the world seeking peace, not to hesitate to support the Libyan National Army, in its fateful battle against terrorism, and to strengthen its struggle to confront colonialism, and to objectively consider the reality of what is happening on the Libyan scene, and its dimensions and serious repercussions at the national level and the security and stability of the region.
It emphasized that the redeployment of LNA forces was a requirement of political and military battles, an honest response to the urgent demands of brotherly and friendly countries and the repeated calls of the international community to open prospects for a political process.
The General Command assured the Libyan people that the battle against terrorism and mercenaries, and the Turkish ambitions to invade Libya will not stop until the liberation of all Libyan soil and the imposition of national sovereignty.
LNA General Command also affirmed its complete keenness that the political process lead to a durable peace settlement based on the established principles of the Libyan people, foremost of which is the guarantee of the unity and territorial integrity of Libya, the freedom of its people, the protection of its wealth and capabilities, and the achievement of noble national goals, which LNA is fighting for, where its officers and soldiers are sacrificing by their pure souls and blood.
