Mbappe Lands in Cameroon, Set To Play for Second Division Club Amid Link to Real Madrid
Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe on Thursday afternoon, July 6, landed in Cameroon which is the native country of his father as the saga over his future continues amid link with Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Over the years, Real Madrid have been showing interest in signing Mbappe even before he joined PSG from Monaco, but they have not gotten the breakthrough.
Mbappe himself was years back a Real Madrid fan as it will be recalled how he decorated his room then with images of Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portugal international was then playing for Los Blancos.
There have been reports that Mbappe Real Madrid have agreed on a deal to have the services of Mbappe this summer even though the two clubs are yet to make an official statement.

According to a report on Get Football, Mbappé is set to engage in various activities, including visits to local sites and a special match with the Vent d’Etoudi Football Club, a second-division team in Cameroon owned by Yannick Noah.

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how FIFA World Cup winner, Kylian Mbappe arrived in Yaoundé, Cameroon, for a three-day visit of the Central African nation.
The Paris Saint-Germain forward arrived in the Cameroonian capital on Thursday along with his father, Wilfrid Mbappe, to a rapturous welcome from fans and officials.
Mbappe will spend the next few days touring the country, where he will meet reporters as well as engage authorities in a series of activities.
The French-born Cameroonian is set to build a recreational facility and social centres in Cameroon.
The 2018 World Cup star headed to Cameroon straight from the United States, where he was a guest at Michael Rubin’s all-white party.
