New Israeli Massacre in Deir Al-Balah on 163rd Day of Aggression
On the 163rd day of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the occupation forces committed another massacre in Deir al-Balah, resulting in the martyrdom of a number of Palestinians.
Our correspondent reported on Sunday at dawn that a number of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured as a result of an Israeli bombing on a house in the Bishara neighborhood, in the city of Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.
Israeli airstrikes intensified over Gaza City on Saturday evening, with a focus on the Nabil Building on al-Jalaa Street in the western part of the city. Simultaneously, the occupation forces conducted a series of raids on al-Shati camp, also located to the west of the city. In addition, an Israeli raid targeted the vicinity of al-Ghafri Junction in Gaza City, according to our correspondent.
Local media outlets reported that occupation aircraft targeted the vicinity of Kuwait Roundabout, located south of the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, and launched aggressive raids near al-Quds Open University in the al-Nasr neighborhood.
Israeli airstrikes also struck the southern area of the Gaza Strip, specifically to the east of the city of Khan Younis. In this region, an Israeli raid targeted the vicinity of al-Alam Roundabout, situated in the eastern Bani Suhaila area.
Gazans are experiencing unprecedented hunger. According to the United Nations, 2.2 million Palestinians in Gaza—nearly the entire population—are experiencing “crisis or worse levels of food insecurity.” Half a million people suffer “catastrophic” levels of food insecurity.
Simultaneously, the Israeli occupation continues its starvation campaign against the Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip, as part of the genocidal war against them. The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) reports that acute malnutrition among children in the northern Gaza Strip has doubled in just one month as a result of the ongoing aggression.
Not only are Palestinians being bombed by the IOF, but numerous Gazans have been martyred as a result of malnutrition and dehydration.
