Russian forces destroys US Himars launchers in Kharkov

“As a result of a high-precision strike in the city of Kharkov, on the territory of the Ukrainian Power Machines plant, two U.S. launchers of Himars multiple-launch rocket systems were destroyed.

They also killed 53 Ukrainian nationalists and foreign mercenaries,” the military statement reads. The Defense Ministry spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov, in his usual exchange with the press added that as part of the military operation the Army also eliminated a launcher of the US Harpoon anti-ship missile system in the area of Veliki Dalnik settlement in the Odessa region.

He also commented that operational-tactical aviation, missile troops and artillery continue to attack military facilities in Ukraine.

“Over the past 24 hours we destroyed two ammunition warehouses near the Seversk and Kaleniki settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR),” the major general added.

He added that they dismantled a fuel and lubricants supply center for the Ukrainian military equipment near the town of Nikopol of the Dnepropetrovsk region, as well as military and equipment in 239 regions.

Konashenkov summed up that the day before Russian troops suppressed eight enemy platoons of Grad multiple rocket launcher systems and six artillery and mortar platoons in the Sukhaya Balka, Petrovskoye, Vodianoye, Tonenkoye, Kurdiumovka and Dzerzhinsk areas of the DPR.
