Saudi Arabia, Russia agree to develop cooperation across various fields
The statement outlined plans to extend cooperation in the judicial system and justice, tourism, education, scientific research, healthcare, mass media, and teaching the Russian and Arabic languages
Russia and Saudi Arabia have agreed to expand cooperation in various fields, including geoscience, agriculture, and food security.
“Both sides agreed on the importance of expanding cooperation in the following areas: <…> geoscience and knowledge exchange, promoting the enhancement of geotechnical potential through geological, mining, and environmental research, <…> environment, water resources, agriculture, and food security,” the joint statement said following the negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Chairman of the Council of Ministers Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
The statement also outlined plans to extend cooperation in other areas, including the judicial system and justice, tourism, education, scientific research, healthcare, mass media, and teaching the Russian and Arabic languages.
