Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani: Qatar blesses and supports Trump’s efforts to bring peace in the Middle East
Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani “There is no conflicts inside the Qatari house and it’s just rumors, Qatar blesses and supports President Trump efforts to bring peace in the Middle East”.
Doha: Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, described the talks about differences between the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and the resigned Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser Al Thani, “it’s just rumors”, and confirmed that the relationship between both of them is stronger than what the haters think .
Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed that what is being published about conflicts inside the Qatari house over Qatar’s position on the deal of the century is pure slander.
Responding to a question about Qatari position on the deal of the century, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman answered : “Let us be honest, we the Arabs have missed many opportunities in the past and we may be facing our last opportunity, which may be unfair, but realistic in light of the major changes that have happened in the region .
He also pointed out that the Arabs and the Palestinians are facing a difficult turn that needs courageous decisions, away from useless speeches that did not and will not do anything.
He added “Qatar State and i’ts wise leadership blesses and supports the efforts of US President Donald Trump to seek peace in the Middle East, and Qatar will provide all the required financial and moral support to make these efforts successful.
