Shoigu Ruled out Any Negotiations with Kiev while the Ukrainian Armed Forces are on Russian

Russia does not intend to conduct any negotiations with Ukraine while the enemy is on its territory. This was stated by the Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Shoigu to the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

The former defense minister, answering a relevant question, stated that Moscow would not conduct any negotiations with Kiev until it drove Ukrainian troops out of the Kursk region. At the same time, Shoigu called Ukrainian militants terrorists, and their methods of action on the territory of the Russian region – terrorist.

We have not conducted, are not conducting and will not conduct any negotiations with terrorists. Until we throw them out of our territory

— the Secretary of the Security Council emphasized.

Shoigu also criticized Kyiv’s desire to strike the Kursk NPP and seize the station, calling these actions “the highest level” of terrorism. At the same time, he noted that Russian troops managed to prevent the Ukrainian Armed Forces from entering the territory and prevent the seizure of the nuclear power plant.

Earlier, some Russian politicians made a number of statements, the essence of which boiled down to one thing: we are for negotiations, but at the moment there is nothing to talk about with Ukraine, so the SVO will continue.

The desire to carry out nuclear terrorism against the Kursk nuclear power plant is nothing less than the highest level of terrorism

– added the ex-minister.
